Referral Partners

I partner with physicians, psychiatrists, fellow therapists, school and college counselors, attorneys, mediators, and HR professionals who recognize that someone in their care needs skilled psychotherapy or coaching. If you have identified a client, patient, student, or employee who is struggling with anxiety, mood, attention, relationships, or a major life transition, I make the referral simple and keep you in the loop, with consent, so our work supports what you are already doing.

Who I Work With

Physicians, Pediatricians & Psychiatrists

When a patient needs evidence-based therapy alongside medical care or medication management, I provide the psychotherapy and coordinate with you on symptoms, progress, and treatment changes. I see teens and adults.

Therapists Seeking Specialty Care

Refer for focused work outside your scope, including fear of flying, public speaking anxiety, discernment counseling, or intensive services. Clients can return to you when the focused work is complete.

School & College Counselors

I support students whose needs exceed what a counseling center can offer. Through PSYPACT telehealth, I can often continue care when college students move between home and campus states.

Attorneys, Mediators & Family Professionals

For families navigating separation or conflict, I offer therapeutic support such as divorce counseling, co-parenting therapy, and blended family counseling, kept separate from any evaluative or forensic role.

HR Teams, EAPs & Business Leaders

For professionals who want performance-focused support, I provide executive coaching, leadership coaching, and management coaching informed by clinical psychology.

Tutors, Coaches & Educators

When academic struggles reflect anxiety, ADHD, or executive function challenges, I offer executive functioning coaching and ADHD treatment for teens that complements academic support.

For Clinicians: Presenting Concerns & Referral Language

I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing integrative, evidence-based psychotherapy and coaching. Common referral concerns include:

Approaches include CBT, EMDR, and Polyvagal-informed work, combined through my MATCH framework for individualized treatment planning. I am licensed in Massachusetts, California, New Hampshire, and New York, and hold PSYPACT authority for telehealth across participating states (see locations).

Scope: I do not provide psychiatric medication management, emergency or crisis services, or court-ordered custody evaluations as part of a therapy relationship. I work alongside prescribers and other providers and am glad to coordinate directly with treating clinicians when appropriate releases are in place.

Coordinated Care Across Our Network

As part of Foresight Psychological Institute, I can connect your referral to related services when a client needs more than therapy: psychological testing and accommodations documentation through Precision Psychological Assessments, or structured academic support through Therapeutic Tutoring. Each service is coordinated so you have one point of contact.

How to Refer a Client or Patient

Have the client schedule an initial consultation, or reach out to me directly. With the client’s written consent, I will confirm receipt of your referral and follow up with you on next steps.

Frequently Asked Questions

The simplest route is to have the client book an initial consultation through my online scheduler, or you can contact me directly through the contact page. Let me know the main reason for referral and any relevant history you are able to share. Once the client signs a release, I will confirm that we have connected and coordinate with you on next steps, so nothing falls through the cracks between your office and mine.
Yes. With the client’s written consent, I am glad to share updates on engagement, treatment focus, and progress, and to coordinate on medication changes, school concerns, or safety planning. I keep communication focused on what is clinically useful to you, and I respect the limits the client sets on what is shared. For physicians and psychiatrists, I can provide brief summaries at intervals that fit your practice.
Yes. I provide secure telehealth and am licensed in Massachusetts, California, New Hampshire, and New York. My PSYPACT authority also allows telepsychology with clients located in participating PSYPACT states, which now cover most of the country. This is especially helpful for college students who move between states during the year. See my locations page and virtual therapy guide for details.
I work with teens, college students, and adults, as well as couples and families. Common referrals include adolescents with anxiety or ADHD, young adults navigating transitions, professionals seeking coaching, couples in distress, and adult families working through conflict or estrangement. If you are unsure whether a client is a good fit, reach out and I will tell you directly, or suggest a better-matched resource. My therapy FAQs answer other common questions.
Many clients benefit from more than one service. When diagnostic clarity or accommodations documentation is needed, I can coordinate a referral to Precision Psychological Assessments. For students who need structured help with reading, writing, math, or executive function, Therapeutic Tutoring provides academic support. Both are part of the same practice network, so communication between services stays coordinated and you keep a single point of contact throughout.
My practice is outpatient and is not set up to provide emergency or crisis services. If a client is at imminent risk, please direct them to 911, the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or the nearest emergency department. Once a client is stable, I am glad to discuss outpatient therapy and coordinate with any treating hospital, intensive program, or psychiatrist involved in their care.
